WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN SUPPLYING A FILE FOR OUTPUT
As a general rule the resolution for scanning halftones (greyscale, colour) should be twice the screen ruling (e.g. for a 150lpi screen you should scan at 300dpi). Scans placed, should be at 100% and at 300dpi. Convert any RGB scans into CMYK (to prevent murky coloured pictures). For line art scan at up to the output resolution (e.g. 1200dpi).
